 Janet Adele - Founder

Welcome, to what will be a life changing year.

I know exactly how you would be feeling; a mixture of nerves and excitement, not exactly sure what you have got yourself into. Wondering will you fit in with the other students and will you be able to do the assessments, especially if it’s been sometime since you’ve done any formal study.

I began my career the exact same way in Ultimo many years ago. I went on to own 12 hairdressing salons and came second in the International Hairstylist Championships. The nerves of course have gone and are now overridden by passion. Not just passion for the industry I love, but a passion to train up the next generation of amazing hairdressers and barbers of all ages.

I’m so excited to see which direction you take this diverse craft, maybe as a business owner, wedding specialist, in retirement villages, mobile, magazines, catwalk, television, live theatre, working on a cruise liner, travelling the world, a hair technician or in education like me. Really the list is as big as your imagination.

You’ll love Janet Adele Training as it is quite bespoke as you are being trained in a commercial environment with paying customers, rather than a simulated salon.

I’m really looking forward to developing and creating new skills and mentoring you into becoming the best you possibly can be.

History

Janet Adele Training has been birthed out of Janet’s desire to put a stamp on a unique style of training which has been formulated as a result of her 25 years of educating students, owning and managing 12 hair salons and her passion for professional development. She has spread the net to gather other like-minded educators whose skills and passion are insurmountable.

Alumni Feedback

"I can honestly say it’s been a life changing experience. Janet is not simply a great teacher because of her practical hands on salon experience and knowledge of the industry, but her enthusiasm and passion for both life and hairdressing. This combined with her drive and encouragement for her students is inspiring. A fantastic challenging experience not to be missed. Thanks so much Janet!” - Brian C

“She was the most supportive, understanding and motivational trainer. She made me want to achieve my best! I went on to open my own salon and I can honestly say it was a dream come true. I am so thankful that I was lucky enough to be trained by someone who has so much knowledge, patience and drive for the hairdressing industry and was happy to share it with her students.” Lina R

“I wanted to thank you for all your hard work and effort to teach us at your best and for guiding us where possible.” - Yalda
